Dramatic improvements to barcode and QR code scanning, added support for the new library, enhancements to the Remote Assistance and My Corvus applications, as well as to the use of keyboards and other controls, and much more are brought by the new Corvus version 2023.1.0.
The Teiresiás center of the Masaryk University in Brno (CZ) organized another series of the IT workshops for the visually impaired – Agora. Our lecturers were once again a part of this popular event.
We presented COrvus on our business trip to Prague for employees of some of the specialized libraries for the blind. We also participated in some meetings to bring new interesting features to COrvus. Cross your fingers for us.
COrvus v1.5.0 has been released. It contains a Download Books module enabling simple catalog browsing, downloading, and book listening for the supported libraries, and a Western Slovakia Energetics module intended for customers from Western Slovakia. We met our users at UNSS regional center in Bratislava on yet another of our presentational/counselling workshops.
We met our current and potential users on presentational/counselling meeting in Levoča.
We introduced COrvus to our donor company Mondelez as part of their employees’ day.
On May 3-5 we participated in the SightCity 2017 convention in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. We could be seen in our presentation stand F20 – Opora s.r.o.

On March 26-30 we participated in a business trip of Slovak president Andrej Kiska to Israel, where we were given the opportunity to spread the word about COrvus as well as form new partnerships.
